The Breast Implant Craze – Who Started it Pam or Jenny?
One of my friends had an interesting theory. To her, it seemed that the breast implant craze didn’t really start until the trendsetters of Hollywood made it the status quo to be thin but also have large, voluptuous breasts.
Who did she think those trendsetters were? None other than two platinum blond former Playboy playmate bombshells of the nineties – Pamela Anderson (or Pamela Anderson Lee as she was known then) and Jenny Mcarthy. Both of these ambitious and universally pinup status girls had implants that looked great, it was undeniable.
Of course, I think that was before implants were a second rate surgery that was just an in and out procedure that seemed to produce a mass of fake looking boobs to the masses. Jenny Mcarthy supposedly had saline implants, but I believe Pam had silicone. They both started off as large B or C cups – Pam I think was a little bigger naturally.
That’s exactly why their breasts looked great. Neither of these women had small A cups going in to the surgery, so their breasts truly looked like they – well sort of – fit their body. Pam’s boobs went from enviable to a perfect example of awful plastic surgery though after she took out her good old faithfuls and put in a pair of DD cups that look like they are going to explode at any moment.
Jenny, while she says she had them taken out and smaller implants put in, still looks about the same, although it would make sense she had them taken out and replaced since her ten years is probably up by now..more on the ten year implant thing next time.
