Natural Breast Enhancement

What is “natural breast enhancement”? And why would anyone really be taking the time to research it’s effectiveness, or think that there really is an alternative to getting larger breasts that doesn’t involve surgery?

Well, there are a few forms of natural breast enhancement that many women are now aware of, and we are going to summarize these methods, products, supplements, pills, devices, techniques and whatchamacalits (yeah, that’s a scientific term) here on this page. You can also get reviews of specific products in this arena here :

First off, breast enhancement, surgically speaking, is a surgery procedure where a woman is actually put under into what is called a “twilight” anasthesia. Then her breast is cut open in whatever place she chose, an implant is inserted if it is a surgical breast augmentation (implantation) surgery.

Or sometimes tissue is just tightened, manipulated and pulled, and sometimes a device inserted in a breast lift. And finally, there are breast reductions, where fatty tissue is actually removed from the breast in women who feel their breasts are too saggy or too big.

Natural breast enhancement can accomplish comparable results to surgery, but only they can appear more natural, since it’s all a person’s natural tissue rather than a hard, encased implant filled with fluid. What are the methods of natural breast enhancement? Well, you can read reviews of several products here : Natural Breast Enhancement Product Reviews , and we’ll discuss these natural breast enhancement products, not specific products, but their general categories, below.

Types of Natural Breast Enhancement :

1.) Supplements – This can be natural pills, or pills and supplements which contain ingredients that are either herbal (botanical, derived directly from plants), or non-herbal in nature (they may be animal derived or simply a natural chemical that is not considered an “herb” necessarily.

Many times these supplements and pills are “prescribed” by the maker to be taken on a certain schedule, and with adherence to certain lifestyle or diet guidelines to ensure maximum effectiveness in breast enhancement.

The guidelines are usually put in place in order that, in essence, a natural “chemical reaction” takes place in the body which stimulates additional fatty breast tissue growth. The guidelines usually vary with the specific type of supplement.

Another supplement form can be breast enhancement gums that are chewed and liquids. These typically fall into the herbal and non-herbal category because they are just usually using the same ingredients, they are just in a different ingestable form than a hard pill.

2.) Devices for natural breast enhancement – The devices of which I’m speaking are something not everyone is too familiar with. Some of you may have heard of the Brava device, which is a bra-like device which applies a constant gentle sucking motion to the breasts for several hours every day over a course of several weeks, and is supposed to stimulate new breast growth through the action of gentle sucking.

There are other devices that were on the market before this also which unfortunately were cheaply constructed and didn’t look like they’d do much of anything, but they were usually called breast pumps or vaccuums, and had the same idea behind them.

Brava has definitely done the job on some women in breast enlargement and lifting, sometimes the results can be subtle and some women have achieved one or more cup size increases. The only prohibitive factors may be the required supervision of a physician and the long hours of wearing the contraption.

3.) Breast Enhancement Creams - This class includes other externally applied creams, which are applied topically to the breasts, and receive not only beneficial ingredients for the firming and skin tone of the breasts, but also receive the benefit of being massaged into the breasts. Massaging can definitely help lift, firm and tone the breasts, especially when used in conjunction with a quality breast enhancement cream.

Most breast enhancement creams contain phytoestrogens and other stimulating ingredients that just increase circulation and help you get rounder and more perky boobs. They usually work very well in conjunction with a quality natural breast enhancement product that is taken orally, since they complement eachother.

4.) Massage and Exercise Manipulation – This technique is more so on the breast lifting and toning side, and not so much for actual size gain. There are various massage techniques that can be used to help lift and tone the breasts, such as a technique called lypossage, and there are some exercises that can be instilled in a routine that help to lift the breasts and tone the side of the breasts, for extra roundness and a more “perfect” breast shape. They may make the breasts appear bigger, but these techniques probably would not usually result in a size increase.

And, there you have it. The only known methods (to me anyhow) of natural breast enhancement. If I hear of any more, of course, I will be adding them to this page. Please comment if you know of any and I’ll be happy to add it for all to read!
