Katie Rees, the ousted Miss Nevada recently, for very explicit photos she participated in, may be lawyering up against the backer of the pageant, Mr. Donald Trump himself, rumors are saying.  She probably doesn’t have much of a legal leg to stand on though, considering first the fact that she was caught in photos doing some pretty raunchy things like flashing her breasts, graphically kissing other women, and showing her thong and part of her butt in a pretty graphic pose, and also the fact that it is the organization’s right to consider these as tarnishing and to take her crown away.

She came out and publicly pleaded with Mr. Trump not to have her crown taken away, but apparently that didn’t work, and the decrowning is sticking.  I’m not really sure what she could be suing for, other than emotional distress.  Or maybe she feels that since Trump’s other pageant winner, Miss USA Tara Conner (a very stunning 21 year old blonde with um, suspiciously large breasts for her small stature, ehem), got to keep her crown after reportedly failing a drug test and being reported as seen kissing other women, and acting very unbecomingly of a beauty queen, she should also be given the same break. 

I think it probably has a lot to do with the fact that she’s, well, she’s been caught in pictures, and the other girl wasn’t, to be honest, which may not be fair.  Maybe Trump just liked his Miss USA better – let’s face it, Miss USA looks like Trump’s type anyways – big boobs, no fat on the lower body (sorry, couldn’t resist)….
