Hollywood and Breast Implants

You know, it occurred to me that most of the women in Hollywood probably have breast implants and you don’t even know it about some of them.  Take for instance someone like Jennifer Anniston, who people have speculated may have had breast implants, just a smaller type so that they are not obvious, say like a Pam Anderson type, so she just doesn’t get as much publicity about it. 

See, the thing is, when we talk about or make fun of breast implants, we only tend to make fun of the women, or talk about the ones that have the bigger ones, or have admitted to having the common surgery. 

I think the smarter way is to get them so they don’t look so obvious.  I mean who wants to have the obvious implants?  It’s like Pam Anderson once said that she didn’t realize just how common it was in Hollywood, so she said what the hell, I might as well go out and get them now too.
