I have heard of people combining certain herbal supplements all of which are found in traditional breast enhancement products, but I wouldn’t be able to tell you a proper combination or dosing that would get results.  Saw palmetto is one of the ingredients found in most of them.  I suppose the benefit of just buying the ready made products is that you don’t have to take several pills and figure out how to dose them.
