Sorry had to pull a lame april fools joke – like you really thought I was serious though. Actually a lot of women search the internet to find out how they can get free breast implants.

Countless radio programs, TV shows, shock jocks around the world and even internet websites offer free breast implants for women who usually have to somehow degrade or embarrass themselves for the right to receive a new pair of free breast implants that they could very well go out and get a line of credit for instead of humiliating themselves. Howard Stern is notorious for giving away free breast implants.

I remember listening to a couple of his shows where girls and women were vying for the free plastic surgery and usually they were either required to get naked somehow or to subject themselves to something really obnoxious or unbearable – basically humiliate themselves publicly and for thousands of people to hear and see (when his E channel show was on at least).
