Foods Help Breast Growth?

I think this is an interesting concept, the idea that there may be foods which can help your breasts grow bigger, but how much truth is there to this crazy theory?  And will eating tons of soy products or other “hormone enhancers” really help boost your breasts to grow?

Well, honestly you probably cannot make your breasts grow simply by consuming certain foods, but there are some foods in the American diet that have been linked to the increasing average bra size of developing teens across America, as well as in other countries who are taking on more Americanized diets.

These foods that can supposedly make your breasts grow are foods that naturally contain a lot of compounds which may help to stimulate the production of more estrogen in a woman’s body such as meats (since they are usually treated with hormones), cheeses (same thing, synthetic hormones), and dairy (also treated with hormones, unless organic is purchased).

Other foods that may cause breasts to grow more would be foods that are naturally higher in phytoestrogens, those compounds that we’ve all heard so much about now, which act as real estrogen in the body, but are derived from plant life. These are found in soy product abundantly, as well as many seeds and spices.
