Different breast sizes, Male breast enhancement

Had two questions from readers that are below, names protected of course. One was about what can be done in the way of exercise for uneven breast size, the other was about male breast enhancement.Â

Does your program (note ; not “my program”, reader referred to as such though)Â of male breast growth affect only the breasts, or would it help to create a female appearance for the whole body, such as arms, hips etc…

And, this question about breast size evening.
Question : I have one breast that is about 2 cups bigger than the other breast. My right side is larger, I think it’s because I am right handed. But my question is this, are there any exercises that will help me “even them†out. I will be xx years old and I also thought about breast surgery to make them “even.†Ideas? Thank you!
Answer : Actually, since the size is quite a considerable difference between the two, it is doubtful that exercise will help even them out. To help with additional lift in the smaller breast, you could do series of chest squeezes where you squeeze the upper part of the breast muscle, or the top of your breast, but this in itself does not build additional tissue.Â
Many women do undergo breast surgery to get their breasts evened out if one is larger than the other or sits at a different level, so this is not uncommon. Unfortunately, this would probably be your best option if you really want a permanent fix. I actually know someone who underwent breast surgery to even out the size of her breasts, and she is quite satisfied with her results. Sorry I couldn’t have better news that would be free, but this is a tough one! Good luck in whatever you choose.Â
