Our breasts are one of the main things that set us apart from men. In fact for many women, they are what make us feminine. Their development was one of the first signs of our entry into womanhood. Unfortunately they are not without their challenges that are related to both the function and the appearance.

If your unhappiness is due to function, i.e. you are not getting enough milk to feed your baby, there are ways you can increase milk production. First of all feed your baby every time he is hungry and allow him to feed as long as he prefers. Trying to put him on a schedule will only frustrate both of you.

Also, try not to supplement with formulas. Although there are many types of’ formulas on the market and they are all considered acceptable alternatives, regular use of them can decrease milk production. Most importantly, be patient. It can take weeks for milk production to be in sync with your babies needs.

If your problem lies with the look or size of the breast you may be tempted to consider a lift or an implant to reshape the breast. However there are alternatives to this that you should first consider. Exercise can firm, reshape and lift your breast to some extent, although it will not increase the size.

The look is not as drastic as an implant but it may help some to feel good about their breasts again. Special bras work to lift and shape your breasts. They can give a youthful lift.

While most bras do not increase the size they can make your breasts appear larger. Other ways to increase size and firmness include special tapes and bra inserts or push up bras. Other alternatives such as breast enlargement pills and breast enhancement creams are another options you can choose.

Of course none of these ways may have the exact results as the implant has, especially if much larger breasts are your main concern. However, they do not come with the risks that surgery comes with and there is no recovery time. Also the difference in price is significant. So even if you do not think these will make you happy you should at least try some of these methods first.

In conclusions, our breasts serve to both help nourish our babies and to make us feel feminine, and if they serve as a point of insecurity for you, it’s totally your prerogative to seek out alternatives for larger breasts.

I remember reading with great interest, about procedures that weren’t all that common a few years ago, but were in the process of being perfected, where some surgeons were able to transfer fat from say, a woman’s thighs and buttocks or belly, or other common places where women tend to store their extra padding, to their breasts, thereby giving them a natural breast implant, foregoing the traditional faker, less natural look of an actual implant for the body’s own natural fat stores.  What an idea, you take fat from one area and sculpt that down to a littler sizer, while emphasizing the breasts with that fat – genius!

A surgeon in Miami is doing these fat transfers quite successfully right now, and with pleasing results.  There are lots of women out there who would love to have the large breasts that breast implants can offer, but are looking for breast implant alternatives to enlarge their breasts naturally so they can enjoy the larger size without the hardness or the fake look of implants.  Who can blame them!  Natural breast enhancement products, as you know, have become extremely popular because of this fact, and although this is still a procedure that you have to go to a surgeon for that can be quite costly, it at least gives more natural results.

Here’s the interesting part of the technique used by the surgeon in Miami.  Since fat injections were met with a lot of disappointment, they figured they could try to create pockets where they could put the fat, so that the fat would not be as readily absorbed by the body and could pick up a healthy blood supply so that it could “survive” instead of simply being absorbed and flushed out by the body.

The surgeon has the patient wear the Brava breast enhancing device for several weeks, several hours a day, to create these pockets, and that seems to help do the trick in getting the fat injections to remain stable so the patient’s breast enhancement sticks around for longer than just a few years.  This procedure of course also has great possibilities when it comes to breast reconstruction for breast cancer survivors who are really not all that thrilled by the idea of getting breast implants.  A very interesting process!  More to come as we hear more about this.

I saw an ad the other day, a sort of short infomercial, for this new novel idea for exercising the breasts and the surrounding muscles to help naturally lift and shape the breasts and the area around them called Easy Curves.  The device itself was very simple, it looked like a stick, well, more precisely it actually almost looked like one of those Club devices that you stick on your steering wheel of your car so that your car won’t get stolen honestly, and it could be adjusted to different lengths so that you can work out your breasts and chest area.  It’s similar to a lot of the exercises you can do in the gym or at home with your weights, only it’s more specifically targeted to work the specific chest muscles that provide that lift, definition and shape to your breasts.

A lot of women are looking for natural breast enhancement and beautification alternatives, and this device was very inexpensive, I can’t remember the exact price but I remember thinking when I saw the commercial that it seemed like they were practically giving it away (which incidentally makes me wonder about the quality of the product, but I guess that’s not fair, based on the only concluding factor for me being the cheap price).

The device promises to help lift and shape your breasts, help to tone them and give them more definition, and while it does not specifically say that it will increase their actual size, it does say that sometimes it can result in a size increase of a cup or half cup or something like that.  Many time exercising the chest and the underlying muscles that support the breast tissue does result in some sort of a boost to the size or at least the appearance of the size of the breasts, but they do not actually add more breast tissue or in many cases, the actual cup size of your breasts, they just appear to be larger because the tissues are all pushed forward more by the muscles that support them.

I think this device could definitely do what it says, I’d just be careful about buying it if you’re one of those people who will use a new exerciser for a couple days then cast it aside and let it collect dust from them on (like me).  I tend to do that with some of my exercise equipment, which definitely isn’t a good thing!

It seems that everyone is giving up something these days, in a world where our economy has unfortunately sucked away up to 30 to 40% of people’s retirement savings accounts, people are fearing for their jobs, and prices of food and living expenses (for once we are getting a relief on the gas prices at least, chalk one up for the American public), it’s no wonder that many women are putting off or canceling their hopes of cosmetic surgery.  One of the highest decreases lately has been in breast implants.

Breast augmentation surgeries cost anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 depending on the types of implants you are getting, the method of insertion, and the area in which you live.  Oh, and the surgeon’s reputation and prices usually have something to do with it as well.  Although there are still many women who want larger breasts and want to have breast augmentation surgeries, they are opting instead to either pursue breast implant alternatives or they are deciding to put the surgery off to a later date when they can better afford it.

Yes, hypnosis for breast enlargement, you read it right.  After all, why would it be so far fetched to enlarge your breast by subliminal hypnosis when countless others have enhanced their bodybuilding through hypnosis, and there is a concept called body “morphing” by where a person is supposedly able to help transform their body via subliminal suggestion (ie hypnosis), and also has the capability to change their whole thought processes on certain things, like procrastination, weight loss, smokind and other vices?

I have to chuckle, because I remember reading an article where Mariah Carey supposedly claimed that her sudden ridiculous breast “growth” was due to hypnosis, and that obviously wasn’t the case, since her newly aquired jugs were obviously by the hands of a surgeon, because of her sudden and extreme growth (why do women lie about getting implants, anyways, just admit it honey!)

Well, Mariah’s supposed claim aside, hypnosis for breast enlargement may require some additional attention from you if you’re interested in getting bigger breasts but don’t really want to go under the knife, nor do you want to take pills, massage breast enhancing creams onto your breasts every day, or do anything else like that where you are putting herbs or other ingredients into your bloodstream, especially if you are on medication where you are prohibited against taking many supplements and things of that nature.

I think we reported on this several months ago, when this idea was still being considered in its infancy/conception stage, but there are now clinical trials going on for a “natural breast implant” that allows a woman’s body to generate more localized breast tissue on her own using implanted stem cells.  Hmm…..I’m not sure if this is incredibly scary or a good thing. 

The revolutionary technique, using the controversial method of stem cell utlization, which has been the subject of much religious discussion and banning here in the US, especially under religiously undertones president Bush since his occupation of the White House, actually was pioneered in Japan, and is currently being tested on women there. 

There is however, sort of a disclaimer that this product has nowhere near been tested for long term safety or effectiveness, so it sounds as if it may be a long ways off from any sort of FDA approval here in the more stringent and cautious US.  As far as a breast implant alternative though, this does sound promising, it just seems to be sort of intimidating, since you’re manipulating stem cells, but this could all be a very very good thing for humanity in the end, and I’m not talking about breast implants but more profound health issue resolutions.

Doctors, even plastic surgeons, however are saying that the results they’ve seen so far with these naturally generated breast “implants” are pretty impressive, and they look forward to more long term studies and safety studies.  Not only can this stem cell technology, which uses stem cells found in fat tissue, which is what a woman’s breast is composed of, help to generate new breast tissue for women wanting natural breast enhancement, but it may also have future use to regenerate facial tissue lost due to trauma and also to help regenerate breast tissue for breast cancer patients if all goes well. 

The way the process would work so far is that doctors would harvest stem cells from fat on other areas of the woman’s body, and implant them more locally in the breast so they could take over and grow more tissue in the breast for naturally enhancing the breasts over a period of time.  What is that time?  Nothing was really described so far regarding the time needed, but it was stated that an adequate blood supply would need to be established for the new breast fat cells to “take root” if the process were to be successful. 

You may have heard of the Japanese sensation of a chewing gum that is supposed to lead to breast enhancement as well as positive changes in the hair and skin with the key ingredient of pueraria mirifica. Also, this product says that it will enhance and enlarge the breasts within a three to six month period. I believe you have to chew 3 pieces a day. It’s supposedly flying off the shelves in Japan, so maybe there is something to it. The pueraria mirifica ingredient is not too common in most natural breast enhancement products currently that are sold here in the US.

The Bust Up gum has been written about in several publications, but unfortunately I was not really able to come up with too many testimonials on the product, nor did the website provide any that I saw. I like to surf around the internet a lot and naturally I come upon a lot of new natural breast enhancement websites which claim to display real before and after pictures of women who have taken their pill or supplement and have increased their breast sizes exponentially.

The problem is, some of these pictures are retouched, and some of these products are just plain fraudulent, and they post before and after pictures of the same exact photos I’ve seen on plastic surgery sites of women who have had breast implants.

Yep, I’m not even kidding – I’ve surfed long enough that I have actually found that these pictures were actually stolen from legitimate plastic sugery sites showing women with breast augmentations – and it was very clear – say like a necklace would be exactly the same and she had the exact same tanlines, so it was actually a dead giveaway that these before and afters were stolen form another website. It’s more common than you may think.

Sure, there are reputable sites out there that do in fact show real before and afters and have countless testimonials to back them up, but there are a growing number popping up overnight (be especially careful if they’re a brand new product and magically have all these before and afters – that’s a bad sign).

Be especially aware of very grainy or fuzzy pics – they may have been tampered with.

Gosh, guys are dumb sometimes. My boyfriend actually thought that Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Love Hewitt had that big of boobs in that movie “I Know What You Did Last Summer”.

Little did he know, both of the actresses wore falsies. If you’re a woman reading this, then I’d be surprised if you didn’t know what a breast “falsie” was. Cleavage is one of the most desirable parts of a woman’s body. The mere appearance of cleavage can render men, and women alike breathless. Nice cleavage is the ultimate symbol of sexiness and femininity in a woman, and it really has an impact on the people that happen to view it.

I mean, jeez I’m not even gay and I love to look at a woman with nice cleavage! It’s just “pretty” to look at. So, what if you’re not naturally blessed with larger breasts that will give you cleavage when you bend over and put on the sexy bra? Buy a wonderbra, or a water bra.

The water bras and Wonder bras are a great way to boost your femininity and sex appeal – albeit, temporarily, but nonetheless, you get to “act the part” for a night, and have tons of fun being the sexy center of attention for your date, your boyfriend, your husband, or the men at the club!
