Hi there.. Im an 18year old girl who has not developed any breast
tissue. Growing up amongst other teen girls maturing- and even those
younger than me has been the hardest thing ever. I had been depressed

I understand your skepticism.  Breast Gain most certainly does not work on everyone – I don’t know of a product that can claim 100% effectiveness. 

I would suggest you turn to forums on the subject – for example, type in breast gain forums in google for objective real life open forum discussions on the product.
