Answer :Hi *****. If you want only to firm, not enlarge your breasts, then the best way would probably be to massage the breasts. See this information on breast massage (you do not have to use the firming cream recommended, but it can definitely help to tone and tighten the underlying tissue, if you don’t use it, then use your favorite lotion, preferably natural).Â
Another way to firm the breasts besides massage either by yourself or by a professional massotherapist who can perform something called either lypossage or body sculpting massage, is to do breast lifting and firming exercises. See this page here for some suggestions on exercises designed for women with post pregnancy breast sagging and firmness issues.Â

Birth Control Pill and Natural Breast Enhancement Products
I received this question from a reader who was concerned that any natural breast enhancement supplement may interfere with the effectiveness of her birth control pill. While I couldn’t really “answer” this question, I offered her some options for finding this out from the products manufacterer, whatever product she chose.

I have a question that I’m hoping you might be able to answer; Could natural
breast enhancement supplements alter the affectivemenss of birth control?
Answer :
There have been no reported interactions with birth control that I know of, but you will always want to check with the actual company you are buying the supplement from to make sure their particular products has no known/reported interactions that can reverse the birth control pill.Â
This way you can be 100% sure that the herbal breast supplement, or whatever kind of breast enlargement pill you are taking for natural breast enhancement, is not going to interfere. Like I said, I had not heard of this happening, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. I hope this helps a little.Â

Breast Implant Alternative Question from Reader
Hi, I love your website and the reviews you guys use.
However, I’m 18 years old (bust size A) and I’m petite. The only thing that
is making me hesitant to take any of your products is the scare of
stretch marks on my breasts…do you know if there is a risk in this, or if
I should apply a stretch mark cream (cocobutter) while taking any of

Hello. I can understand your hesitance, and actually breastenhancepill itself does not sell any products, rather we really just give an overview of them and give you their website links for you to check out the product in full. As far as stretch marks, you may want to contact the individual makers of the various products reviewed and discussed here, and ask if they’ve had any clients experience and/or report this.
As far as reducing the likelihood of stretchmarks, you are correct that cocoa butter has been known to help reduce these, as well as shea butter (I believe shea butter is actually better). Additionally, please see an overview below of the particular products and breast enlarging pills recommended, and you can take a look at their sites. Breast implant alternatives such as pills and creams may be lessened if you use a cream as well, since the rubbing motion and the emollients in the cream can help prevent likelihood of stretch marks. Breast Cream Question
I got this question from a reader who wanted to enhance their cheekbones, and thought maybe they could achieve this through using a breast cream designed to enlarge the breasts. I advised that I do not think this would work, but I’m no expert.
Question : I know it may sound far-fetched and funny but I have been
looking for years a way to enhance my cheekbones; other than plastic surgery. Thus, I
would like to know whether I could use the breast cream that is supposed to enlarge a women’s breasts in the cheekbones area and therefore have similar results (cheekbones enlargement). I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Answer : While I am not an expert on the subject, I do not believe you would achieve success in enlarging your cheek bones by using one of these breast enhancement creams, as they are specifically designed to deliver herbs which are only supposed to target breast tissue, and therefore, I do not think you would achieve “growth” in any other body tissues to which it was applied. I would contact the actual manufacterer (website) of a product you were interested in and ask though.

Pueraria Mirifica : Question
I got another question from a reader (yes, it’s been a busy month), on the Pueraria Mirifica plant, which has garnered some attention as of late as a natural bust enhancement product. Here goes:

I read an article on Puereria mirifica and saw your email address on the website. I would ask you a few questions about this herb if you don’t mind.
1. Please do you know where I can buy the breast enhancing supplements that contain this herb
Answer : The only product I know of currently that contains Pueraria Mirifica is a product called Mirifem.
2. Do you know if this herb can help me gain weight in my hips also, if not can you let me know of any herb that can help me gain weight in the hips?Â
Answer : I would contact the folks at Mirifem and ask them. Just google them and I’m sure they have an email address you can send questions like this to about their product and any side effects or other effects you desire to achieve with their product.
3. Will it be possible for me to talk to you on the phone more about any of these herbs?

NatureDay Products : Reader Questions
This woman emailed me and asked about the Natureday breast enhancement products, which rely on a liquid based solution taken orally, as well as a topically applied cream to the breasts for breast enhancement and enlargement.Â
While I have not personally tried this product, nor do I know anyone that has, I’m only offering what I gathered when I looked at this product’s website.Â

Here’s my response about NatureDay – keep in mind, it’s only my opinion.Â
First of all, I’m not so sure about that before and after picture of naked breasts on the home page of NatureDay. It looks suspiciously like a before and after of a woman who has gotten breast implants.Â
I’m not saying that it is or is not a misleading before and after picture of what the Natureday product has done for this woman, but I would be cautious. Some of the other pictures shown in the testimonials though do look like they may be authentic. This is a crap shoot. See if you can find any other women saying this product has worked for them in unbiased forums etc. Â
Many other websites selling natural breast enlargement products have pulled this same dirty trick, so it would be prudent of you to probe them to see if they can give this woman’s verbal testimonial too. Just a thought.Â
As far as the ingredients in Natureday products, they look like the typical ingredients found in any other herbal breast enlarger, so this looks good enough. I wish I could tell you more. The testimonials sound terrific, so if this looks like the product you want to go with, and you feel comfortable with the company’s reputation and backing, go for it.Â

First off, you are correct, herbal breast enhancement pills all may have a chance of having some sort of side effects, it really depends on the person.Â
As far as making a qualified judgment for you personally, I cannot comment since every woman’s body is different.Â
Side effects may range from temporary breakouts, moodiness, and other symptoms similar to PMS or going on the birth control pill at first, but they really differ per person, age, and other factors that go into the individual tolerance of such herbal supplements.Â
Yes, herbal supplements can have side effects too unfortunately, and it’s usually a trial and error learning process since people react so differently to the myriad of supplements available today.Â
I am going to attach a summary of some of the products in natural breast enhancement, and you will want to contact the individual companies for further advice on this.Â

Voluptas for Firmness : Reader Question

I was thinking of taking Voluptas, I really don’t want much breast growth as some of the women but I do want firmness.. Does one still need to take the pills for the whole six months to keep any growth of firmness they gained?

Actually, if you’re more looking for firmness, you may want to consider not even taking the pills, and instead just using the Voluptas cream for increased firmness. As far as the pills, it really depends on the person, but yes usually everyone does need to take them for several months to maintain any results.Â
Have you contacted the Voluptas people about this? They would know their product best for sure and be able to tell you what to do to get the results you’re looking for.

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with the herbal breast enhancement tea Bustea of which you speak. I haven’t personally spoken to anyone for whom it has worked or not worked yet. Now, on your Benefil question, the Benefil actually is designed to firm and tone, as well as to stimulate additional growth along with the massaging action.Â
It contains herbs and other ingredients which have been used by Chinese women in conjunction with massage to produce larger breasts, so that is why I think it is ideal to pair with an oral natural supplement. If you are afraid of liver damage, maybe you could just use the topical stuff.Â
I believe the liver damage would occur if you just put too many herbs in your body or if you increased your dosages to amounts not recommended by manufacturers. I have not heard of this side effect with women who take the proper dosages of herbal products.
