Bust Enhancing Exercises
Believe it or not, some women do not want to add size to their breasts, they merely want to improve on the breasts they have. Perhaps it may be due to pregnancy, age, or a loss of overall density to the tissue that has caused them to need firming, toning and lifting in an effort to give the bust a more rounded shape – which is currently the ideal shape in breasts these days.
Some women feel that they like the size of their boobs, but they are unhappy with the actual shaping and symmetry. Some women may get corrective breast surgery to correct it while others pursue exercise and massage routines to help naturally shape their breasts.
There is such a thing as breast asymmetry, where a woman has one breast larger than another. It is really more common than you think – at least more common than I thought.
Surgically, a woman can have breast asymmetry corrected via breast lift, breast implants, or breast reduction, to make them look more the same size, and more pleasing to the eye.
Other breast symmetry problems can be more severe, almost “deformities” like tubular breasts, where the breasts looked very skinny and hang down low, creating an unrounded, unpleasing (at least by societal standards”, less full look to the breasts. This condition alone causes many women to undergo breast augmentation surgery.
