Boyfriend Bugging You for “Sexy” Bras?
My husband LOVES sexy, pushup, vixen-ish bras. My complaint is always the same when he asks me why I don’ t wear these types of bras (which I do happen to have in my wardrobe), more often. My answer is because they are uncomfortable! I’m sorry, but have you ever known a bra that produces beaucoup cleavage to actually provide any comfort? I certainly haven’t, and I don’t expect any to fit that description any time soon either, because by their very nature, push up bras are not meant to be comfy – they are meant for show.
And you know what that means, anything that is meant “for show” that is in your closet or in your drawer usually means one thing – no comfort, softness or general mobility freedom is involved. With my old, beat up, underwireless bras with no padding and no pushup functions, at least I’m getting the ultimate in comfort, at least as comfortable as I can be without just going braless, which is my favorite way to be if I’m being perfectly honest.
If I could go braless without foregoing the shape and classy look of a bra, then I would do it every single day of my life, without question. Of course, your breasts just don’t look as good without a bra over them in clothes. Also you have to worry about your nipples showing through if you get cold, which is never considered very classy unfortunately.
I bought a few bras for after our wedding (we didn’t really have a honeymoon, but we got married in Las Vegas, so we partied after we got married), so that my new husband could enjoy the brief moments he got to look at me in one of these contraptions, and it was uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to take the darn things off.
I got one in black that was a plunging pushup bra, and one in bright, hot pink that was the same style, and although I must admit they made my breasts look great, they didn’t really do much in the way of comfort, in fact, if I had to wear one of them all day long and not just for the few moments of “sexy time” for my husband, I think I’d poke my eyes out!
