Breast Enlargement Most Popular Surgery Today
Apparently breast augmentation surgery, where an encased implant is put into the chest of women desiring larger breasts, is the most popular elective plastic surgery now. It used to be behind other operations in the plastic surgery arena, but it is now the coveted number one spot for surgeries. Guess how many women undergo the knife every day to get implants put in to their bodies for larger breasts now? It’s roughly 1,000 women every day! That’s a lot of boobies being inserted into chests every day!
Even though there are some natural breast implant alternatives on the market today that can do a good job of enlarging the breasts substantially without surgery, women still want the instant gratification of breast implants, and are willing to pay the price for them, which is still hovering around $5,000 to my knowledge, a price that it has stayed fairly consistent at for several years now.
Breast augmentation is so popular because the media shows images of large breasted women constantly. If I had a nickel for every model baring her ample cleavage who still some how has no waist at all, I’d be rich. So, not only are we as women subject to the stereotype of having large breasts, but we are also held to the impossible standard of having large breasts with small waists.
I don’t know about you, but common sense and experience has shown me that large breasts rarely go with small waists, because women with large breasts tend to usually have more body fat, and they don’t have tiny waists, so the only way for lots of women to achieve this impossible standard is to stay thin, and then get breast augmentation. Talk about an unfair beauty standard, this is the definition of one!
Breast augmentation is actually a fairly safe surgery with little complications. The most complications come in when someone might be allergic to or react badly to the anesthesia, or if they have complications with the implants themselves being rejected by the body, or becoming infected at the site of the operation.
Other complications that are still a threat, and which have been a reason for some women seeking breast implant alternatives, are implant migration, rupturing, and something called capsular contracture, a painful condition when scar tissue envelopes the implant, making it harden and become painful to the touch. This is often the reason that women have to get them removed, since sometimes it is so severe that it cannot be corrected.

Guidelines for Breast Cancer Self Examinations
Women’s bodies, like men’s, are complicated. We have so many things that can go wrong with our reproductive organs, but we also have other body parts and concerns to look after as well. For men, it’s the prostate that is a major concern, especially as he ages.
For women though, her breasts and her breast health become more and more of a focal point for screening and confirming that the tissue is healthy, well on into her eighties and nineties, since the older we get, the more likely breast cancer sneaks up on us.
Very often we can face the problem with our breasts such as breast cancer which is not the one to get rid of very easy. For that purpose scientists have instructions how the women can easily recognize that huge problem and make it part of our everyday.
Namely, they have prepared a guideline on how to treat the problems with our breasts and how, as soon as possible, take preventive measures. That guideline for the early detection of breast cancer improves the chance to be diagnosed at an early stage and gives the possibility to be treated successfully.
The breast cancer usually affects women at the age of 40 to 50 but is does not have to mean that it can not appear earlier. So, it is very important for one woman to have continuous screening mammogram every year; that way the disease can be detected on time.
I assure you that tests for breast cancer prevention done earlier can save many thousands of lives each year and you can not even imagine how many lives can be saved if more women and their health care providers took advantage of this tests.
What all women should know is that they can check their breasts on their own. One way is to touch your breast when showering and getting dressed when you can feel if something went wrong. That self examination is one way for us to know if the look of our breasts is normal and a good way to discover and feel any changes. But we can never know if we do it in the right way so it is better to visit a doctor specialist in that area.
However, by doing this exam regularly, you get to know how your breasts normally look and feel and you can more readily detect any signs or symptoms if a change occurs, such as swelling, skin irritation, nipple pain or retraction, redness of the nipple or breast skin. We must remember that most of the time, however, these breast changes are not cancer.

Progress with Bountiful Breast Product
Ok, so I am on a month and a half of the Bountiful Breast natural breast enhancement product, and I’m seeing some great results. My bras are very tight on me now, almost to the point of being uncomfortable on some days, when my cup seems to runneth over a little more than other days, which is odd, and my husband has noticed a big change in how low they hang and their fullness.
I did break out a little bit when I first started the pill, but this side effect (which I don’t know if everyone gets or not, or if it’s just my crazy, naturally sensitive skin), has totally subsided. The hardest part is making sure I take the product on an empty stomach, because I swear it seems like I’m always eating.
What I do is take one upon waking in the morning, so that I can eat my breakfast about one hour after I take the pill, when I’m at my job. Then I take my second pill right before bed, when my stomach has been empty for about three hours since I try to eat dinner by 7:00 and then I got to bed between 10:30 and 11:00 pm.
When I first started the pill, another side effect I noticed was about a week in, I thought I had gained a little bit of water weight, much like it would be if I were about to go on my period I guess. That side effect subsided after about 4 weeks on the pills, which I’m very grateful for. I think that your body needs to adjust to these because they are, after all, enlarging your breasts, so of course there are bound to be some adjustments that your body makes at first.
I am taking the recommendation of adding an L-Tyrosine supplement to my diet every day too. I take one capsule a day of that as well, I guess that the idea is that this helps regulate your body temperature so that the product works better, as it is designed to work at optimal levels when your body temperature reaches a certain point.
So far, so good.
I plan to finish out my three month supply of Bountiful Breast, and I’ll give you a review of where that gets me. I’m already a C cup, so I’m not looking for much in the way of cup size increase, I just wanted a little bit more growth, but if I need to, I’ll buy another 3 months supply. More to come!

Woman Suffers from Gigantomastia – Breasts So Large She Can’t Move!
A recent story in the news told the woes of a Peruvian woman who has a condition called gigantomastia. You may recall in discussions prior to this, that a condition called gynecomastia, where men grow breasts similar to how women do. This is a form of breast growth that goes out of control similar to that, only it occurs in a woman, and the growth is so out of control that it becomes painful for women to walk around and even move.
And some of us pine for larger breasts, I bet these women would love nothing more than to have them downsized, big time. Just goes to show that there is such a thing as too much of a “good thing”.
The condition of gigantomastia often occurs during puberty in women, but also occurs during pregnancy due to hormonal fluctuation. For this particular woman, who grew to an unseemly N cup during her last pregnancy, and has been bed bound since then due to the immense pain she’s in when she tries to get up, it was the pregnancy that prompted the out of control growth.
Other than surgery, I didn’t see that there was much else they can do for women with this problem. The pictures of this poor woman look extremely painful and uncomfortable. I can’t imagine that’s any way to live. So ladies, just when you want to complain about your boobs, take a second look and realize you are lucky compared to people who have problems like this

Why Do Some Celebrities Go So Big withTheir Implants?
I just can’t help it, when I look at breast implants that literally look painful to have, I just wonder, why did these women think that they needed to go THAT big? I mean, I know that in this increasingly breast obsessed world that bigger is better, but have they considered what carrying this heavy weight around on their chests might do to their back? Or have they considered how they might feel a tad ridiculous in these larger than life breast implants when they get a little older?
Not only that, but the larger your breast implants are, the more likely they might be to migrate, to potentially rupture and basically they may just be more likely to cause problems because of their sheer size and overwhelming weight.
The more space they take up, the worse off you might be, in other words. Not only that, but downsizing maybe be difficult after having DD cups or F cups since you have stretched the skin out so much with those large implants, that you actually get a saggy look and slackened skin from the stretching.
When I look at the huge ones that women like Ivanka Trump seems to have gotten, and also most recently Heidi Montag got (I believe hers are F’s), I just think “ouch”, those really look like they might cause some serious pain. Breasts that are that large on an otherwise smaller framed woman really look overwhelming. The eye is just drawn right there because of the obvious top heaviness of the appearance.
These women may not realize that with these giant breast implants they will get a LOT more unwanted attention and focus on this area. In other words, all the reasons they thought they got them this big (to garner more attention or perhaps envy?) may end up being the very thing they absolutely hate most about them. Stars like the naturally gorgeous and voluptuous Christina Hendricks, from Mad Men who plays Joan Holloway, look natural with breasts this large because it fits their body.
Other, skinnier girls, it just looks totally unnatural and bordering on ludicrous. That’s my opinion, and I’m sticking to it. Of course, to each their own, and I’m fully supportive of women who elect to better themselves, but there is a point where you also must consider your comfort.

Breast Cancer Prevention Pills : Not All Good
There are apparently now two drugs that are used as preventive measures for women who are at exceptionally high risk of getting breast cancer to take. They basically are prescribed if, through screening, you have shown a big predisposition toward getting breast cancer by expressing some of the genes that have been linked to a high likelihood of developing the disease.
Women who are not identified as being at a high risk are not supposed to take these drugs. Why? Because for all the good they may do in preventing breast cancer from happening, they also, like every other drug on the face of the planet, come with side effects. The older I get, the more I notice that there are tradeoffs for almost everything.
Even supplements and vitamins. If you have too much of a vitamin yada yada it can do xyz to your body and stuff like that, I think you catch my drift. But overall, I supposed that the true benefit needs to be weighed and the annoying of even health threatening side effects really have to be put in perspective I suppose, in a sort of order of importance to the individual.
The two drugs that may be used as a preventive breast cancer drug before breast cancer even occurs are the current breast cancer “wonder drug” Tomoxifen, and the other one is Evista. Evista is actually used a lot to help treat and prevent osteoporosis in women, and now it has also been identified as a good preventive medicine for breast cancer as well.
It has also been identified as safer than Tamoxifen, making it the potentially superior choice – unless of course new research proves this wrong, and it wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened. Tamoxifen, while cutting the chances of developing breast cancer almost in half, also is correlated to a higher risk of uterine cancer, which is also obviously a very serious and life threatening disease and therefore makes this a serious consideration.
Tamoxifen’s primary effect is that it helps to lower the estrogen levels in the body, or at least dull their effect as it applies to breast cancer as I understand it. If you want to know more about the drug, I suggest you look it up on WebMD or some other similar trusted site and see how it works.

Former Supermodel Blasts Plastic Surgery, Heidi’s Implants
I have to say, sometimes I love when beautiful women rant about plastic surgery. Because you know what, I have to agree. I think that if you want to get a bit done here, a bit done there to make yourself feel better and NATURALLY look better, what’s the harm? After all, let’s face it, much of our self esteem is connected to how we perceive ourselves looks wise.
You deserve to look and feel your best into your later years, but I think that this society has gone overboard. We’ve become more of a society of Stepford wives, where you can’t even tell if one is wearing an expression of sadness or happiness, and so many women (and men too) are looking more and more like clones of another. What happened to individuality?
What happened to personal sexiness? Well, a lot of that has been thrown out the window in favor of what the media makes us think is beautiful .We all think we have to have the breasts of Jessica Simpson, the lips of Angelina Jolie, the eyes of some other random starlet, to be beautiful, and part of the beauty of, well beauty, is that we are all individuals and there are so many versions of beauty.
Former supermodel, the gorgeous Paulina Porizkova, ranted something similar in her blog a few days ago. She ripped so many starlets for going under the knife and altering their uniqueness so dramatically. One was Heidi Montag, who famously just got a shitload of plastic surgery done to her poor suffering body. And now, she looks like a ridiculous, plastic barbie doll whereas she was cute before. I just don’t get it.
Paulina is just voicing what other women who have a brain are thinking, enough is enough. Can’t we just grow old gracefully and take good care of ourselves? Why are we all participating in this addiction to plastic surgery that not only looks awful most of the time, but takes away our individuality and our natural beauty? I don’t get it either. I hope that this is just a phase and we’ll get back to more of a natural beauty roots frame of mind instead of cutting, slicing, sewing and pulling. Ech.

Heidi Montag Wants Bigger Breasts After Ryan Seacrest Comments
Ok, I don’t even know where to start with how insecure this young woman must be. Heidi, we know you live in the land of beauty, where bigger seems to be better, and everyone is obsessed with remaining a size zero, but you seem to be the epitome of what is wrong with Hollywood right now, and the example you’re setting for other young women, well quite frankly it sucks.
Heidi Montag, who famously had 13 surgeries at one time to look the way she does now, which is a lot different in the face, and with breasts that are so gigantic they literally look painful, is apparently upset that her new gigantic breast implants aren’t big enough. She and her husband went on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, and Seacrest made a seemingly harmless statement that her breasts “weren’t that big” – like hey, what’s all the fuss about, right?
Miss Montag took this simple, harmless statement to mean that her breasts weren’t big enough apparently, because her hubby said she went home in shock obsessing that maybe they weren’t big enough. Get a grip, this is insane! This woman will continue to get press coverage because of her absolute obsession with plastic surgery and that is just sad. I actually feel sorry for her, because she’ll never be “perfect enough”. What kind of life is that?
